SALES POLICY

•    We appreciate your business and all sales are final.  

•    You have 12 months within which to schedule and attend your training course.

•    Vouchers purchased through our website partner deals sites are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

•    Interest-free lay away policy.  

•    Financing options available through First Hawaiian Bank, Bank of Hawaii and Navy Federal Credit Union.

 

DIVE CHARTER CANCELLATION POLICY

•    You must reschedule or cancel your dive charter a minimum of 24 hours prior to originally scheduled departure in order to receive a full refund.  

•    If you cancel or reschedule your charter less than 24 hours in advance, you are responsible for the full amount of the charter booking and will be charged accordingly.

•    Your confirmed booking constitutes agreement to this policy.
