Like other North Shore dive sites, you can only dive here in the summer. But what a summer! The Haleiwa Wall is beloved by divers because of the quick, deep descent from only 20 ft to 90 ft in a moment, opening up to deep ocean and all the marine life you could ask for, including larger fish species. We’ll take you to the Turtle Cleaning Station for a second shallow dive where you can watch as turtles enjoy having their shells picked over by hungry fish. This is a favorite spot to hover and enjoy the show. Blue coraline algae and abundant marine life are also on display in this area.
A summer-only North Shore dive site, the Trench is a deep wall dive near Haleiwa at about 65 ft. You can dive it as a boat dive or an advanced shore dive – either way we can help guide you. Many divers check this site out after Shark’s Cove or Three Tables. Look closely and you might see some lobster!
